We are backed by family office and entrepreneurial capital, representing companies that have operated from $10m to $500m of enterprise value. We are focused on mid-market private equity and succession-driven deals. Typically, we look for companies with $10m - $100m of revenue, a highly repeatable service or product offering and strong profit margins

Andrew built Motoinsight from just an idea to becoming a market leader, to being successfully acquired. Andrew currently leads Sanfina, which is an entrepreneurial investment firm and venture studio that invests its own proprietary capital.

Sanfina’s experience spans a lot of different company stages: founding and growing organically from zero to $20M revenue at Motoinsight, scaling to a $100M revenue software business at AutoSync through M&A, and c-level operating experience in a $300M revenue marketplace business at TRADER Corp.

David Au-Yeung

Managing Partner at CXP Capital

David co-founded Flipp, where he scaled the company to over 9-digits revenue, 400+ employees, resulting in a successful exit in 2023. David also co-founded Carity.ai, an automotive-focused AI platform. David now leads CXP Capital Partners, which is a privately-held investment firm that invests in small to medium-size businesses to help them scale.

CXP’s capital and capabilities are based on the experience gained from building, scaling and exiting Flipp - building it from the ground up to an eventual 9 figure exit.

Prior to Summit Ridge, Scott led Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s consumer/retail direct private equity team, serving on the Board of Neiman Marcus.

Scott has a wife and two teenage girls. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family, coaching hockey, and playing tennis.
